Hi, I’m Marusha – writer, journaling mentor, and founder of Naked Words, Girls Who Write and the Barcelona Journaling Festival.

For the past three years, I’ve been guiding people through the Pennebaker Paradigm Challenge, helping them release the emotional weight of past relationships, family tensions, heartbreaks, burnout, betrayals, unresolved grief, and stories they no longer need to carry.

This work is deeply personal to me – not just as a writer, but as someone who has witnessed how honest, structured writing can shift something real in people. Again and again, I’ve seen how four days of raw, focused journaling can bring clarity, calm, and a surprising sense of lightness. Yes, 15-minute sessions are more than enough.


You don’t have to be a writer. You just need a pen, some courage, and the willingness to meet yourself on the page. It’s about using language to heal.

I'll be with you each step of the way – guiding, encouraging, and holding space as you let go of what no longer serves you.
